Pharmaron supports drug discovery with state-of-the-art solutions for high-throughput screening services. Our fully automated G3 Explorer high-throughput screening system from Revvity operates with two robotic arms in an enclosed suite. Depending on the assay readout, it can turn over about 200 plates per day or up to 150,000 compounds per week. Plate formats include 96, 384, and 1,536 wells.
The high-throughput screening service options include semi- and fully automated workflows for performing biochemical, binding, and cell-based assays with a wide range of readouts, from simple fluorescence to complex high-content imaging.

We provide in-house protein production and cell line engineering, enabling the swift development of new assays for high-throughput screening campaigns.
