In line with this, our UK offices are proud to launch the PrideConnect Employee Resource Group (ERG), with the mission to foster an inclusive workplace and encourage allyship so that LGBTQIA+ employees feel valued, respected and empowered.

Pride Celebration Day: A Symbol of Support and Unity
The launch of PrideConnect marked a significant milestone in Pharmaron’s ongoing commitment to inclusion. To celebrate, we held a dedicated Pride Celebration Day across our UK sites, bringing colleagues together in a powerful display of unity and support for the LGBTQIA+ community.
A standout moment from the event was the handprint canvas activity, in which employees and senior leaders placed their handprints on a ‘Pride in Pharmaron’ canvas. This collaborative display served as a symbolic gesture of solidarity, demonstrating that everyone—regardless of identity or orientation—has a place and a voice within our organisation.
Teams across the UK embraced the day in their own meaningful ways, from hosting local activities to engaging in open conversations about allyship and inclusion. These actions, while small individually, collectively reinforce PrideConnect’s mission to create an inclusive culture where diversity is not only respected but celebrated.
By launching PrideConnect and celebrating with such enthusiasm and support, we’re taking intentional steps to ensure that belonging is built into the foundation of our culture.

Rainbow Shoelace Campaign: Walking Together in Equality

At Pharmaron, we believe that fostering an inclusive workplace goes beyond words—it’s about action. That’s why we proudly launched the Rainbow Laces Campaign across all Pharmaron UK sites to champion diversity, equality, and belonging in the workplace.
Originating from UK-based charity Stonewall, the Rainbow Laces Campaign is a nationwide initiative that uses sport—and now, workplaces—as a platform to stand up for LGBTQ+ inclusion. By wearing rainbow-coloured laces, individuals send a visible message of support and allyship. It’s a simple gesture, but one that carries powerful symbolism.
Our employees embraced the campaign by proudly wearing rainbow laces as a vibrant reminder that every step we take matters. This initiative highlights our shared responsibility in creating a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued—regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.
We’re proud to be part of a global movement that encourages people to walk the walk when it comes to inclusivity.
